Now for an oldie but goodie. I as every good child of the 80s grew up on a heavy diet of cartoons like transformers. Those epic non violent violent battles. Always epic always got the touch. So heres poppa bot optimus prime

Hello guys sorry i haven’t posted in a while its a mistake that i shall correct immediately , so here we go
Early in the morning I found myself practicing. While practicing I discovered that I love drawing harsh expressions on peoples faces specially people in extreme duress after I am done with the pencil sketch then scan and clean the sketch and then i go on inkscape and painter to finish the job.

What is the most resilient parasite? A bacteria? A virus? An intenstinal worm?
An idea. Resilient, highly contagious. Once an idea has taken hold of the brain it’s almost impossible to iradicate. An idea that is fully formed, fully understood. That sticks, right in there somewhere.
To me design is problem solving rising to the occasion making something that solves the problem of either identity search or just creating to pull from the ether into being identity created and identity remembered. I was watched a documentary in it they interviewed Deiter Rams a world renowned designer and he postulated what is design and what he said works so well in many cases object and media design
Good design is:
Innovative
Useful
Aesthetic
Understandable
Honest
Unobtrusive
and good design is as little design as possible
Here I have designed a logo for a friend hes both a writer and a photographer and ive decided to go for a vintage yet modern solution for his logo his identity what he wants to project

and a special illustration for him

This is one of my old quick sketch practices but it was all done digitally(gasp!)
hope you guys enjoy

This piece started as a free form quick sketch practice using some new brushes . Then like a seed in my head I could not stop until it finally bursted out

Every two weeks or so Dallas art fiends the drink and draw social club . I have attended a few and its quite a jolly good time. After a few brews we lay some graphite into paper and here i hope to share a bit of my process with y’all!
After the initial sketch I fix some of the lines by digitally inking the piece. Adding definition and weight to the lines. When the line work is done we lay down some color into the lines .
Hope you guys like it! See ya next post!!
